Our Services
At One Another we work a little differently; offering a range of services that strive to meet your needs. Whether it's Psychology, Creative Therapies, Embodied Practices or Integrative Support, we have you covered.

. We offer psychology and psychotherapy as a safe space to explore personal challenges and support personal development. We recognise the uniqueness of the individual and believe you are the expert of your own experience. Our approach draws on a number therapeutic frameworks, such as Somatic Psychotherapy, IFS, ACT, CBT, mindfulness, Hakomi etc., guided by your individual needs. We support you to develop your own tools and resources for ongoing growth, informed by your personal values, strengths, beliefs and experiences.
Psychology and Psychotherapy

. Expressive arts therapy is a form of counselling that draws upon creative and embodied practices. Expressive arts Therapy understands that expression can occur in many forms. At One Another it is through the creative therapeutic process that we are able to get curious with your experiences and present challenges in a way that allows you to build a relationship with your inner wisdom. Reconnecting with your inner wisdom is a life long skill that can continue to guide you and offer counsel when meeting life's challenges.
Expressive Arts Therapy

. At One Another we offer evidence based body practices that support you to gain a deeper awareness of your body. As you strengthen your body awareness, you develop greater insights and capacity for improving your mind, body and health. These body based practices support you to reconnect with your inner resources; a tool that you can draw on at any moment in your day to day to support your healing. Group sessions available (up to 6 participants). Enquire for details.
Trauma Sensitive Yoga & iRest Meditation

. At One Another we recognise that one on one therapy sometimes needs a little something extra. That's where our integrative support comes in. We understand that each person holds unique values, needs, circumstances and resources, which makes what everyone needs a little special and different each time. Together, you and your therapist can work collaboratively to explore your individual strengths, wishes and opportunities that are important to your wellbeing or recovery and make a decision as to whether you'd like to work with an Integrative support practitioner to compliment your therapy. Your integration support practioner can work closely with you and your therapist to explore the areas of your life that need a little extra attention beyond the therapy space supporting you to thrive. We offer support across the areas of Home, Health, Community and Purpose.
