Short PDs
For Educators

We offer thoughtful, practical professional development for educators that helps translate theory into meaningful everyday classroom practice.

Our short professional development sessions are designed to meet educators where they are - offering accessible, practical learning that fits within the realities of busy school environments.

Rather than focusing on behaviour management or complex theory, these sessions support educators to build their own internal resources for co-regulation, strengthening their capacity to stay grounded, responsive, and attuned in everyday classroom moments.

Developed in collaboration with educators and informed by over 12 years of clinical experience supporting children and schools, our short PDs translate foundational theory into accessible, practical concepts for real-time classroom use. Content is designed to reduce overwhelm and cognitive load, while remaining meaningful, relevant, and immediately applicable.

Tailored to Your Needs

Our short PDs are delivered as facilitated trainings, either in person at your school or online. We recommend beginning with a small number of foundational modules, which can then be built upon with additional modules tailored to the specific needs of your team.

You can select from our flexible PD Menu, with sessions offered as stand-alone trainings or combined into a short, customised series. We take the time to understand your context and priorities, adapting content accordingly and providing tailored examples and practical handouts for everyday classroom use.

Have something in mind? You are also welcome to suggest focus areas or topics, which we can develop collaboratively to meet the unique needs of your staff.

Comming Soon in 2026...

We acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the lands and waters upon which our services are provided. We extend our appreciation to their continuing connections to country and pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging for they hold the memories, the traditions, the culture, and the hopes of all Traditional Custodians. We express our gratitude in the sharing of this land and our sorrow for the personal, spiritual, and cultural costs of that sharing.

We also acknowledge that beneath the umbrella of our Therapeutic work are practices belonging to ancient lineages and traditions that have been appropriated by Western models. We actively work to illuminate the origins of these practices as part of our commitment.
