Paediatric Therapy

Meaningful change doesn't just happen in the therapy room, it happens in the spaces where life happens.

We recognise that the insights and strategies developed in clinical settings can be hard to translate into day-to-day life. Which is why work relationally and developmentally, tailoring therapy to your child’s stage, needs, and strengths, while supporting caregivers as active partners in the process.

Our approach may draw from play‑based and child‑led therapy for younger children, developmentally appropriate talk‑based therapy for older children and adolescents, attachment‑informed and trauma‑responsive approaches, and neuro‑affirming practice. Children and caregivers can engage in both child therapy and caregiver support at the same time, or independently, depending on what feels right for your family.

We acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the lands and waters upon which our services are provided. We extend our appreciation to their continuing connections to country and pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging for they hold the memories, the traditions, the culture, and the hopes of all Traditional Custodians. We express our gratitude in the sharing of this land and our sorrow for the personal, spiritual, and cultural costs of that sharing.

We also acknowledge that beneath the umbrella of our Therapeutic work are practices belonging to ancient lineages and traditions that have been appropriated by Western models. We actively work to illuminate the origins of these practices as part of our commitment.
