Trauma-sensitive yoga (TC-TSY) and iRest meditation are gentle, evidence-based body practices that support healing and recovery alongside therapy.
At One Another, these practices invite a deeper awareness of the body, helping you notice sensations, choices and internal cues in a way that feels safe and empowering.
As body awareness strengthens, so does your capacity to regulate, reflect and respond - supporting both emotional and physical wellbeing. TC-TSY and iRest help you reconnect with your inner resources, building skills you can draw on in everyday moments to support nervous system regulation, resilience and ongoing healing. We offer this as standalone sessions or, an additional practice that can support your existing therapy.
