Supervision

Thoughtful, practical supervision for clinicians who want a space to reflect, grow, and deepen their practice.

Supervision is more than meeting registration requirements. It is an opportunity to slow down, think deeply about your work, strengthen your clinical confidence, and explore the person behind the clinician.

My approach is collaborative, reflective, and grounded in curiosity. I aim to create a supervision space that feels supportive and encourage growth - a space where you can bring the complexities, uncertainties, and successes of your work without judgement.

Whether you are an early-career clinician navigating registration pathways or an experienced clinician seeking ongoing professional reflection, supervision can provide a place to strengthen your clinical thinking, maintain sustainability in practice, and reconnect with the values that brought you to this profession.

1:1 Clinical Supervision

I believe the quality of our work is deeply connected to our capacity to reflect on ourselves, our relationships, and the systems we work within.

Supervision with me may include:

  • Case formulation and clinical reasoning

  • Working within the NDIS and disability sector

  • Working with complex presentations

  • Trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming practice

  • Therapeutic use of self and relational dynamics

  • Integrating creative arts therapy into practice

  • Risk assessment and ethical decision-making

  • Report writing and Functional Capacity Assessments

  • Building confidence and professional identity

  • Preventing burnout and sustaining yourself as a clinician

My style balances practical guidance with reflective exploration. I value authenticity, compassion, and creating a space where clinicians feel safe to bring both confidence and uncertainty.

If you're looking for a supervisor who values genuine connection, reflective practice, and developing clinicians in a way that feels both human and sustainable, I'd love to connect.

We acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the lands and waters upon which our services are provided. We extend our appreciation to their continuing connections to country and pay our respects to Elders past and present for they hold the memories, the traditions, the culture, and the hopes of all Traditional Custodians. We express our gratitude in the sharing of this land and our sorrow for the personal, spiritual, and cultural costs of that sharing.

We also acknowledge that beneath the umbrella of our Therapeutic work are practices belonging to ancient lineages and traditions that have been appropriated by Western models. We actively work to illuminate the origins of these practices as part of our commitment.
